Hi, I’m Joshua Hayes.

I love to solve problems. I have been driven by my curiosity to find answers through data analytics and to implement solutions to the most pressing challenges for both private-sector businesses and public-sector organizations. This involves combining data and storytelling to make organizations more purposeful, innovative, and sustainable.

In terms of my background, I completed a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University, concentrating in strategy and finance. Prior to that, I graduated with a Master of Public Administration degree from The Ohio State University, to better understand public policy, economics, management, and leadership.

I currently and have previously worked with Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, SPSS, Stata, and SQL.
